Upon graduating, he joined the Miller Contract Therapy team and has since dedicated his career exclusively to the home health setting. In addition to his role as a treating physical therapist, Alex serves as a Branch Manager and is instrumental in developing and overseeing the company's onboarding program for all new therapists. He is passionate about empowering patients within their own environment and helping them achieve goals they once believed were out of reach. Alex resides in Wichita with his wife and their two young sons.

Crystal earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 2017 and joined the Miller Contract Therapy team in 2023. Crystal has a passion for empowering her patients to reach their goals and improve their quality of life through compassionate, personalized care. Crystal serves as both a dedicated Physical Therapist in the Derby/Wichita area and as the Branch Manager for our Winfield location. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys time with her husband and daughter—and they’re thrilled to be growing their family with another little one on the way in early 2026!
